Do your kits come complete with motor and controller?

No. In this industry, the motor, controllers, batteries and accessories are all sold separately. Usually only trainers come in combo packages that include everything.

Are they hard to fly?

Depends. If you have never flown before, then yes, it will be extremely hard to fly. Pilots capable of flying pattern planes should have no problems flying one of our products.

Are they hard to build?

I don't have the time or experience to build one of these. Do you offer building services or ARF versions.

We currently do not offer ARFs (Almost Ready to Fly). This is something that we are planning to make available in the near future. As we continue to increase our product line, we will be making more options available for all our kits. Check back often for updates or join our mailing list to be notified of new releases, news and events.

How much longer before (upcoming kit) is available?

We go through a lengthy process with our products before we make them available to the general public. We make sure that the model has been designed so it's easy to assembly and fly. We test many different versions of a model before finalizing the one that will be put on the market. All these factors play a role in how long it will take us to bring a kit to the market. We will never disregard quality to make a kit available sooner.

I tried to purchase an item, but when I clicked on the "Add to Cart" button, nothing happens. What can I do?

You probably have a popup blocker installed. When you click on the "Add to Cart" button, another window opens with your shopping cart view. If you have a popup blocker activated, it could prevent the window from ever coming up. Try disabling the blocker for the purchase, then enable it afterwards.

I don't have a credit card, but I want to purchase one of your kits, do you accept checks or money orders?

Absolutely. Contact us at sales@flyingthingz.com so that we can give you a total including the shipping charges for your item. Please note, that checks must clear before your item ships out.

My country (country name) is not listed when I try to purchase an item. What can I do?

Unfortunately, our merchant account only accepts payments from the listed countries. There is nothing we can do to accept payment via credit cards if our merchant can't processes the payment. We would be more than happy to accept checks or money orders drawn in US funds.

Can I purchase an item using a wire transfer or bank to bank transfer?

At this time we are unable to process purchases using this method. Please use one of the other alternatives such as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order or check.
